The Packers' pass defense has been absent so far this season and with the season ending injury to Pro Bowler Nick Collins in Week 2, the secondary was looking like it could be the Achilles' Heal for the Pack.
Enter Morgan Burnett! This is Burnett's 2nd season in the NFL and he had a season ending injury that made him miss the majority of last season. Burnett has started 2011 strong, leading the team in tackles against the Saints with 14 and he leads the team thus far with 3 interceptions, two of them coming against the Bears.
I like what I see from Burnett and he seems to be a ball hawking safety that isn't afraid to get in there and make the tackle. I really hope to see more good things from him throughout the season and I think if he can stay healthy that he is going to have a very good career ahead of him.
